Rates & booking questions
How much does a professional organizer cost in London, Ontario?
Hands-on home and office organizing with KAS KONCEPTS is $55 per hour plus HST, with a 3-hour minimum. Moving, downsizing and relocation support is also $55 per hour plus HST.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. Organizing and decluttering sessions and moving services have a 3-hour minimum. Virtual organizing and home staging services are flat-rate packages.
Are bins, products and organizing supplies included?
No. Rates cover professional services only. Any bins, products or supplies are the client’s responsibility.
Do your rates include HST?
No. All rates are listed before HST, which is added to your invoice.
What is the difference between the two home staging packages?
Package A ($275 + HST) is a 1-hour consultation plus a report with professional recommendations so you can stage your home yourself. Package B (from $565 + HST) is hands-on occupied home staging, using what you already have in your home to stage key areas and maximize appeal to buyers.
Can you help if I don’t live in London, Ontario?
Yes. The Virtual Organizing Package ($450 + HST) offers flexibility, accountability and expert guidance from anywhere.
What do concierge services include?
Concierge services are $60 per hour plus HST and include errands and shopping, home management, scheduling and administrative tasks, and time management support. The rate covers gas, mileage and service.
